Printing a Physical Slot Inventory Report

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Physical Slot Inventory Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information prints on the report for each slot selected:

• Slot – The slot ID
• Item – The item code
• Name – The name of the item
• Lot – The lot number
• Date – The date the lot was created
• Lot Text – The Item Info Text 6 field for the lot, if the Print Lot Text (Y/N) field was set to Y (Y=yes)
• Available Quantity – The available quantity in the slot
• Total Slot – The total amount in the slot(s)

Note: An "*" indicates the slot has open commitments.

Note: The customer ID will appear next to the Available Quantity to indicate the customer for non-owned inventory.
